Agrega la cebolla y los chiles, y sofr\u00ede hasta que la cebolla se haya dorado ligeramente. Vierte dentro del vaso de la licuadora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calienta un comal o sart\u00e9n a fuego medio, asa las hojas de aguacate junto con los dientes de ajo. Retira las hojas de aguacate despu\u00e9s de 1 o 2 minutos y sigue asando el ajo hasta que su c\u00e1scara se haya quemado uniformemente. Pela el ajo y agrega al vaso de la licuadora junto con las hojas de aguacate. Incorpora el caldo de pollo, y licua hasta tener una consistencia homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con la licuadora encendida, agrega poco a poco los frijoles negros y sigue licuando hasta tener una salsa espesa. Si es necesario licua en dos tandas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierte la salsa de frijol dentro del sart\u00e9n en que doraste la cebolla y agrega el caldo de pollo granulado; cocina a fuego medio, sin dejar de mover, hasta que los sabores se hayan integrado, aproximadamente 10 minutos. Retira del fuego, tapa y reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calienta 1\/4 de aceite en un sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1o a fuego medio-alto. Pasa las tortillas por el aceite caliente solo durante unos segundos para que se suavicen (evita que se doren las orillas). Escurre el exceso de grasa sobre toallas de papel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calienta de nuevo la salsa de frijol a fuego moderado. Si se espes\u00f3 demasiado, agrega 1\/4 de taza de agua caliente o caldo de pollo y mezcla bien. Cuando la salsa empiece a hervir suavemente, sumerge una por una las tortillas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dobla las tortillas enfrijoladas y ba\u00f1a con un poco m\u00e1s de salsa. Agrega encima cubos de panela, cebolla morada y crema.
